Casa Vicens, by Gaudí, opening Fall 2017
Much awaited news has finally arrived: Casa Vicens, the very first house commisioned to Catalan architect, Antoni Gaudí, is expected to open to the general public this coming fall. For over 130 years, ever since it was first build, the house has remained in private hands. Then, in 2015, the Jover family, owners and residents all these years, decided to sell. Andorra bank MoraBank bought the property (undisclosed sum, though I know the figure... ), with the idea of turning the Gaudí masterpiece into another Museum-house. Which is of course, great news for all who wish to visit.
